at malnasi, your satisfaction is our priority. if something isn't quite right, we're here to make it easy. please read through our return policy below so you know exactly what to expect.

eligibility for returns

to be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
all original tags must still be attached
items must be returned in their original packaging
the following items are not eligible for return: sale items, intimate apparel, and accessories

return window

we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. if 30 days have passed since your item was delivered, unfortunately we are unable to offer a return or exchange.

how to start a return

to initiate a return, please follow these steps:

email us at malnasi@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for your return
our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
carefully pack the item(s) and ship them back to us using a trackable shipping method
once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange

refunds

once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable. return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

exchanges

if you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please mention this in your return email. we'll do our best to accommodate your request based on current availability. if the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

damaged or incorrect items

if you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at malnasi@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the item. we will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost to you.
