order processing

all orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

order tracking

once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. you can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress directly through the carrier's website. please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the shipping confirmation.

shipping delays

while we always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to high order volumes, weather conditions, or carrier disruptions. these situations are beyond our control, but we'll do our best to keep you informed. if your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll look into it right away.

lost or undelivered packages

if your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or your local delivery facility first. if the issue persists, reach out to us within 7 days of the marked delivery and we'll work with you to resolve it.

incorrect shipping address

please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. malnasi is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. if you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to make the correction before shipment.
